Shipping & Returns
Processing & lead times
In-stock ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinets typically ship within a few business days of your order being confirmed. Custom orders are made to your specification, so we'll confirm a production timeline with your quote.
Delivery
Cabinets ship flat-packed. Smaller items go by parcel carrier; full kitchens and larger orders ship by freight. Shipping is quoted with your order based on size and destination.
Inspect on delivery
- Inspect all cartons when they arrive, before signing for the delivery.
- If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
- Report shipping damage within 5 days of delivery and we'll send replacement parts at no charge. Please keep the original packaging.
Returns
If you're not satisfied, we'll gladly accept a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Submit a return request and we'll confirm by email within 1–4 business days; once we receive and inspect the items, we issue the refund to your original payment method.
- Unassembled items in their original boxes: a 5–10% restocking fee applies.
- Items assembled by us: a 20% restocking fee applies.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your order shipped with free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
- Returns after 30 days are subject to approval based on elapsed time and condition.
Non-returnable
- Custom-made or special-request items.
- Items assembled by the customer, or modified (e.g. cut or added to).
- Items removed from their original packaging.
- Items missing pieces, or without the original invoice / sales order.
Damaged products
We want every item to arrive in perfect condition. If something arrives damaged, submit a replacement request within 10 days of delivery and we'll arrange the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost. We may ask for photos to confirm the damage. If a full replacement unit is sent, the original item becomes our property, so please keep everything in its original packaging until we confirm next steps.
White-glove & freight deliveries
- The person who placed the order should be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
- Inspect the product while the driver is on site and note any problems on the delivery document — even slight damage. If in doubt, write "Package Damaged" when you sign.
- Issues not noted on the delivery document at the time of delivery may limit the solutions we can offer.
Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, there's a limited window to cancel. Email us at info@luxovahome.com with the subject "Cancellation"; we'll confirm in writing within 2 business days. An order can't be cancelled once it has shipped, delivered, or been assembled for delivery. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Warranty
We offer a 1-year limited warranty to the original purchaser, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. The warranty is non-transferable.
What's covered
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. We will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear.
- Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance.
- Misuse, accidents, or alterations.
- Natural variation in wood grain and color, and changes over time from humidity or sunlight.
Making a claim
Contact us through the contact form with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
Conditions of Use
- Prices and quotes are confirmed at the time of order; orders are processed once payment is received.
- Once an order enters processing it can't be changed — additional items are placed as a new order.
- Merchandise remains the property of Luxova Home until paid in full.
- Tax-exempt (resale) orders require a valid resale certificate on file before the order is placed.

How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to quote and fulfill your order. We do not sell your information.

Your contact details are stored securely and encrypted. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time via the contact form.
